PTVA does not provide “blanket” service fees. Our pricing is unique to the needs of the client - ensuring that you only pay for the support you need. We will provide a unique quote to each client based on their specific needs. This is the best way to ensure a successful partnership.

Hourly rates (billed in 30-minute increments) are invoiced in full - in advance of services.  Invoices must be reconciled in order for work to begin. Invoices will be sent via e-mail at the client's request and are payable via PayPal.



Per-project rates are invoiced at 50% upon client acceptance of total project cost estimate. The project will commence upon receipt of initial payment with the remaining balance due upon completion of work order. Final project will be delivered to the client upon receipt of balance due.

VA Services

• As-needed basis - $20+/hr (2 hour minimum. rate determined by project)
• Weekly - $15/hr (5 hour/week minimum)
• Monthly - $10/hr (8 hour/month minimum)
• Short Term Project – Requires Consultation

Any expenses acquired, specific to the operation of a client's business (example: postage, office supplies specific to the client's needs, etc.), are billed to the client. Normal daily office supplies and equipment are my responsibility and expense and are not billed to the client.

Total fee will ultimately depend on complexity, and the actual quote will be given after the first consultation.  Client is solely responsible for supplying website content/editing, authoring, organization, and images. Web Maintenance and Content Development (ie: writing, editing, form-building, photo/graphics scouting, etc.) packages are available.
